Red Balloon 2

Not all new designs make the cut and this is one of those. She's too cute to be a called a reject, but she simply didn't fill the need in the collection. I was aiming for a chic lady that would meet the needs of birthdays and other general celebrations with a darker skin tone. I opted to include "Olivia" as both a notecard and greeting card instead! She's also available as a luggage tag. 

For now, this one will sit in the archives.
