Trend: a fringed accessory

Pardon the interruption in blogging as I was getting caught up on life, work and everything in between.

Back to talking trends, one of the things that was seen on the sidewalks as much as the catwalk was fringe. Fringe clutches, boots, etc. While she's a bit over the top with all her fringe, her intentions are good. Maybe stick to just one fringe accessory?
