I recently decided to bring the BFP signature look to life by getting lash extensions.

Lash extensions or not, everyone needs to buy this Bottom Lash Mascara by Clinique.
It's genius! It gets all those little lashes and makes your eyes truly pop. Ten bucks well spent.
If you're not ready to take the plunge into lash extensions, try some of my favorite mascaras
below. I was a Lancome Definicils user for years and recently made the switch to Dior Show.
Both are great for length and volume.
Side note: if you have lash extensions, no mascara is needed. It takes one step out of my
daily routine which is always a plus!

Or should I say expensive things come in small packages.
One of the most common graduation gifts is a piece of jewelry. Let's be serious, I don't think any girl would complain about receiving new jewels. This one applies to guys, too. With a handsome watch, who wouldn't want to step into the college world (also applicable to those stepping out of college and into the workforce).
(For her: don't forget a luggage tag that looks like her! I tie mine on the outside of gifts as the actual name tag. Double usage because she can then use it as she travels to school or in her post-college travels)

2016 Graduation Gifts, pt. 1
Ahhhh the dreaded graduation gift season. I always struggle with great gift ideas for the grad. You want to give something useful and practical, but something that's not too boring.
It was pretty much the gift of Christmas 2015, and I think they're still on the top of everyone's list.
Give the gift of a S'well bottle!
They come in so many great colors and patterns, you can't go wrong. I bought two for myself, one medium size (17 oz) and one larger size (25 oz).
(Fun fact: the 25 oz bottle holds an entire bottle of wine)

Met Gala 2016
The Met Gala is something to look forward to each year. It celebrates the debut of the new costume collection. So it is, for lack of a better term, a couture costume party. Designers arrive with their muses dressed in their take on the theme. "Manus x Machina" led most designers to heavy metals, silver beading (see Kim Kardashian, Cindy Crawford, Jourdan Dunn), and other tech-inspired elements. An early favorite was Karolina Kurkova in Marchesa. It was, however, Zac Posen's night. His creation for Claire Danes basically broke the internet. It had my Cinderella-loving heart beating abnormally fast because she stepped inside and the dress was glowing, as in glow in the dark. What?! I died a little bit.
It also gave me the perfect opportunity to experiment with my new black paper...
