WORST BLOGGER EVER award goes to me over the past few months. The events of my life have left little time for work, especially on the blog front. My brother got married over the weekend.....whheww. Now that that's over, it's time to start preparing for market in Atlanta in two weeks. While I'm holed up in my little corner drawing for hours on end, I will leave you with a snapshot from the events of the weekend in hopes that this week will be more focussed on work!

I'm warning you now, we have a very large event this weekend that is taking all my time and energy, so the blog will once again be abandoned for a few days......

You know I love a good black and white photograph. The Impossible Cool is possibly the best place to find them! Here are two that make me wish I was alive when the full skirts were in......love it.

Resort 2011

Yay! The latest Resort collections are being revealed.....I LOOOOVE what I'm seeing so far. Lots and lots of black & white, neutral colors with punches of bright colors. Navy & orange seems to be a hit. More to come. For now, focus on Rachel Roy's latest!! I love the styling of her shoot.

So it's that time of year where I go back to the drawing board, literally. I'm not really one to devote time everyday to my craft, drawing, like I should. Instead, I do it in waves. It's that time......time for new designs, new products, new new new everything. And while I make lists throughout the year of potential new design ideas, I want to hear what you have to say.

graduation these days

I only graduated from high school 5 years ago, but I am blown away at how much has changed over that time period. Nobody has small family get-togethers after the ceremony. Instead, they are having these huge group parties that resemble something off MTV. Cap & gown?? No way.....
